Package the Items
Place the unworn clothing in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
